How delivery works

• After you place an order, the seller prepares your parcel and hands it to our delivery partner.
• Our delivery partner will call the phone number you gave at checkout before delivering.
• Check your parcel in front of the delivery person and pay the total amount in cash.
• If you order from more than one seller, items may arrive in separate parcels.

Please note

• Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, bad weather or for remote areas.
• Please give a complete address and an active phone number. Orders with wrong information may be delayed or cancelled.
• The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
